Ingredients
1 Each  Pork Belly Slab 
1 Gallon Water
1 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
6 Each Cloves Garlic
1 Each Cut in half Yellow Onion
1 Tablespoon Black Peppercorn
6 Each Cloves, whole
2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Salt
2 Each Star Anise

Directions
Put all ingredients except the pork into a pot, and bring to a boil. 
Add pork belly and cook for 45-60 minutes, check the pork using a fork to make sure its tender enough. 
Transfer pork belly onto a clean sheet pan, and let cool. 
Cut in 1/3 ........(fix this_
Fry for 2 minutes
Add sauce to fried pork belly, cool fully and package for delivery. 

Mexican Pork Belly Glaze (optional)
Ingredients
10 Ounce Achiote/Anatto Paste
6 Each Garlic
1/4 Cup Chipotle Pepper
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoon Salt
3 Tablespoon Cumin
2 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Red Tabasco

Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. 
Ready to use
