1/2 Cup Water 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon Sherry Vinegar 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil 1 Tablespoon zest Oranges
Heat water and sugar to a boil, reduce to slightly thicken, remove from heat and let cool slightly(10-15 minutes). Add 3/4 cup of Ssamjang, Soy, Sherry Vinegar, Sesame oil and Orange zest. Transfer to a quart container and cool, lid and label.
