You can prepare the marinade for the week. Prepare kebabs nightly as needed. Soak skewers in water while beef marinates to minimize burning. You will need 2 skewers per HMR (most cases this means, soak 16 skewers) Cut Beef into 1 oz cubes. Marinate in "Beef Kebab Marinade" for 2 hours. Use 1/3 Cup Marinade per Pound of Beef. For 8 HMRs, you will need 3 pounds beef, 1 cup marinade. Make Skewers: Use 6" skewer and thread in this order: Red Bell, Beef, Green Bell, Red Onion, Beef, Green Bell We will put 2 skewers per container. So, 6 oz raw beef per serving.
