Ingredients
2 Cup Roasted Pistachio 
3 Teaspoon Fennel Seed, Dried
2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 Each Chopped Parsley, fresh
1 Cup Chopped Basil, fresh
3 Tablespoon Capers
2 Each Zest Lemon Peel
2 Each Lemon Juice, fresh
2 Tablespoon Salt
3 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Olive Oil
4 Fluid Ounce White Wine

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender with the exception of the olive oil. 
Once properly mixed slowly add oil.
