1 Case 1/2 inch dice Tofu 1/2 Pound fresh, ground Ginger 4 Ounce fresh, ground Garlic 2 Cup tamarin Soy Sauce 3 Cup julienne Green Onion 3 Cup Fresh Lime Juice 2 Cup Canola Oil 2 Each if hot, reduce amount Jalapeno 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Cumin 1 Cup Curry Paste 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, ground
Mix all ingredients together (Except tofu) until well incorporated. Dice tofu into 1/2 inch cubes, place diced tofu in a hotel pan and cover with marinade. Allow tofu to marinate for a minimum of 8 hours. Once marinated, remove tofu from hotel plans and place onto lined sheets plans (transfer as little excess liquid as possible). Bake tofu for 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Once baked cool tofu and package as needed.
