2 Fluid Ounce Ketchup
1/2 Fluid Ounce Prepared Horseradish
1 Teaspoon Frank's Hot Sauce
1/2 Fluid Ounce Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Fluid Ounce brunoise Yellow Onion
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika

Directions
1. Prepare mise (brunoise onion)
