12 Fluid Ounce drained Greek Yogurt 1/8 Fluid Ounce Lemon Zest 1 1/2 Fluid Ounce Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Fluid Ounce Za'atar 1 Teaspoon Salt
1) Suspend yogurt in cheese clothe over open container, until liquid separates from yogurt (approximately 24 hours). 2) Mix za'atar, EVOO and lemon zest into yogurt. 3) Salt to taste.
