1 Pound Finglerling Potatoes 1 Each quartered Fennel 1 Each quartered Yellow Onion 4 Each Juniper Berry 1 Teaspoon Cardamom Seed 2 Tablespoon Salt 4 Quart cold Water
Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until potatoes can easily be pierced. Drain pot and removed potatoes to cool. Discard remaining aromatics.
