6 Ounce Red Bell Pepper 6 Ounce Yellow Onion 1 1/2 Ounce Mint 1 1/2 Ounce Cilantro 3 Fluid Ounce Sherry Vinegar 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Fine dice red bell peppers, yellow onion, fine chop mint and cilantro. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add sherry vinegar and salt & pepper to taste. Make note of any changes needed.
