1 Cup chopped Mint 2 Cup chopped Cilantro 1 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 1 Ounce grated Parmesan 1 Tablespoon minced Garlic 1 Tablespoon minced Ginger 2 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
Place all ingredients in a food processor except the oil and lemon zest. Slowly pour oil in, scraping the sides 1-2 times to get an even blend. Once blended evenly, zest in lemon and check seasoning, adjust as needed.
