1 Ounce Goat Cheese 1 Teaspoon fine chopped Parsley, fresh 1/2 Teaspoon fine chopped Thyme, fresh 0 Teaspoon pinch Salt
Roll goat Cheese into logs appr. 1 inch in diameter. in a half hotel pan mix together herbs and salt. Roll goat cheese in herb mix until evenly coated. Wrap individual logs in plastic wrap until use.
