18 Ounce .5 diced Tofu 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 2 Teaspoon minced Garlic 1 Tablespoon minced Ginger 1 Tablespoon Gochujang 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil 2 Tablespoon Sugar 1 Tablespoon Mirin 1 Teaspoon Korean Chile Powder 0 Gallon 1 each fine chopped Green Onion 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Before cutting, Press tofu by removing from packaging and wrapping in paper towels a few times. Than placing on a sheet pan and placing 4 sheet pans on top of wrapped tofu. let sit for 30 minutes. Once tofu is dried out cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a full hotel pan and set aside. In a mixing combine all ingredients making sure to mix well. Pour marinade over tofu and allow to marinade for 3-4 hours. Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Using full sheet pans lined with paper remove tofu from marinade and spread out making sure they are not touching. Cook for 8-12 minutes or until deep golden brown in color.
