Ingredients
40 Ounce 1 bag Frozen Corn 
16 Ounce small dice Red Bell Pepper
16 Ounce small dice Zucchini
4 Tablespoon fine chop Parsley, fresh
4 Tablespoon 1 lemon Lemon Juice, fresh
0 Gallon to taste Salt
0 Gallon to taste Black Pepper
4 Fluid Ounce Olive Oil

Directions
pan frozen corn. use fresh when in season. 

Heat oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. once you get a light sizzle begin cooking veggies in small batches until tender. once done, season with salt and pepper, add lemon and parsley and cool  on a sheet pan.
