4 Pound Flank Steak 2 Ounce Beef Base 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder 2 Teaspoon Black Pepper 4 Fluid Ounce Water
Trim Fat Off Flank Steak, Score on both sides about 1/4". Cut length wise to get about 3-4 " thick strips. Mix Beef Base, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, and luke warm water until well blended. Consistency should be medium. Brush Rub on Steak on both sides. Let sit for about 20 Minutes. Sear steak on Flat Top on both sides and cook in oven at 350 until a temp of 130-140 is reached.
