2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar 1 Cup Orange Juice 1 Each Minced Shallot 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic 1/2 Cup Honey 1 Cup Chopped Basil, fresh 1 Quart Canola Oil
In Vita Mix, combine and puree all ingredients except oil Emulsify with oil until thick Taste. Season with Salt & Pepper. If too acidic, add more oil. Should be slightly sweet and low vinegar taste.
