1/2 Pound Trimmed, Blanched Snap Peas 2 Cup Edamame 1/4 Cup Brunoise Shallot 1 Cup Chopped Chives 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds, Black 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Combine Snap Peas, Edamame, Shallot, Chives, Sesame Seeds, Salt and Pepper and send in Cambro for Cafe. For each kit, send 1/2 Cup Sesame Vinaigrette. Recipe below. Check walk-in before making dressing.
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds, White1 Tablespoon Garlic1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce1/4 Cup Canola Oil2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Combine vinegar, sesame seeds, garlic, mustard, soy sauce and black pepper in bowl. Whisk in Canola oil and sesame oil until well combined. This vinaigrette will break, and will need to be shook prior to use on salad.
