1 3/4 Gallon Shredded Green Cabbage 
3 Quart Shredded Red Cabbage 
2 Quart Grated Carrots 
2 Quart Matchstick Green Apple 
            

Send apples whole to cafe. They will cut them at the cafe and put in the mix.

Make mix (excluding apples). Send kits as requested.

Kit:
2.5 pound mix. 1/2 pound apples
3 1/3 cup dressing (see related recipe if we do not have dressing on shelf). Put dressing in a zip lock bag.

4 1/2 Fluid Ounce Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Fluid Ounce Celery Seed
1 1/2 Fluid Ounce Dijon Mustard
40 Fluid Ounce Mayonnaise
36 Fluid Ounce Whole Milk
24 Fluid Ounce Sugar

Whisk all ingredients together. Store in appropriate container.

We send 9 fluid ounce of dressing per pound of cole slaw mix. Generally we send 3 pounds of mix / 27 fl. oz dressing to the cafe as a kit.
