Ingredients
6 Cup chopped Yukon Gold Potato 
1 1/2 Cup crumbled Hard Boiled Eggs
4 Each diced Celery
33/50 Cup minced Dill Pickles
2/3 Cup minced Red Onion
1 Cup Nordic Remoulade Creme Fraiche
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar

Directions
6 cups Fingerling potatoes, chopped

1 1/2 cups hard boiled eggs, chopped

4 celery ribs, diced

2/3 cup bread & butter pickles, minced

2/3 cup pickled red onion, minced

1 cup Nordic Remoulade

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbs vinegar 

season with salt and pepper, stir to combine

Makes 1 deep 6-pan
