Ingredients
4 Ounce cooked Brown Rice 
3 Ounce chiffonade Lacinato Kale (dino)
3 Ounce grilled, 3/8 Chicken Breast
1 Ounce trimmed, blanched Asparagus
1 Fluid Ounce halved Cherry Tomato
1/4 Each pack, sliced on site Avocado
2 Fluid Ounce see sub recipe Green Goddess Dressing

Directions
Build:
Portion dressing into 2oz composatble containers
Portion brown rice in bottom of bowl, then kale
Starting a 6 o'clock place asparagus, then tomatoes, avocado, chicken. Place dressing container in middle and close bowl with lid

Green Goddess Dressing (required)
Ingredients
2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Cup Greek Yogurt
3/4 Cup Basil, fresh
2 Cup Parsley, fresh
1/2 Cup Chives, Fresh
3/4 Cup Lemon Juice, fresh
2 Teaspoon Garlic
2 Tablespoon spice, lemon pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Tabasco
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 Tablespoon Salt

Directions
Method of prep:
Mix lemon, buttermilk, garlic, basil, parsley, chives, and tabasco until they are incorporated.
Add in greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon pepper. Mix until smooth.Taste for salt and add salt if necessary
