Ingredients
1 Cup  Canola Oil 
2 Cup Ginger
6 Cup Yellow Onion
1 Cup Garlic
1 Cup Red Pepper Flakes
4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cup Soy Sauce
6 Cup Rice Vinegar
10 Cup Peanut Butter (Creamy)
6 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 No. 10 Can Coconut Milk (Can)
3 Cup Canola Oil

Directions
Saute onion, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes with 1/4 cup of canola oil until translucent. Once translucent add sugar, tamari, and vinegar; cook for 1 minute and let cool. 

Mix all ingredients, (except 3 cups of canola oil) in a large container and mix using the immersion blender. Once everything is mixed together and smooth slowly add the 3 cups of oil.

Check for seasoning and add salt, ~1/2 cup and mix fully.
