Ingredients
16 Fluid Ounce packed Mint 
2 Fluid Ounce fresh Cilantro
1 1/2 Fluid Ounce thinly sliced Shallot
2 Teaspoon thinly sliced Serrano Chili
1 Fluid Ounce Sugar
4 Fluid Ounce brunoise English Cucumber

Directions
Put all ingredients EXCEPT cucumber in food process, heat for 5 minutes on low to dissolve sugar. Cool. Fold in cucumber.
