Ingredients
1 Each Small Dice Yellow Onion 
24 Fluid Ounce Soy milk
5 Each sprig Thyme, fresh
4 Each minced Garlic
1 Fluid Ounce Vegan Butter
8 Fluid Ounce Soy Creamer
40 Fluid Ounce Daiya Vegan Cheese
2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chile Pepper
4 Fluid Ounce Panko
2 Fluid Ounce Nutritional Yeast

Directions
1) Prepare mise
2) Melt butter and saute onion until its translucent in color. 
3) Mix all other ingredients and simmer on low heat for ~30 minutes. 
4) Season with salt and pepper.
