Ingredients
6 Cup  Whole Milk 
2 Cup Vegetarian Base
8 Ounce fine chopped Yellow Onion
4 Ounce All Purpose Flour
4 Ounce Butter
2 Teaspoon sage, fresh
4 Teaspoon Thyme, fresh
4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
In a sauce pot bring olive oil to a sizzle over medium heat. Add onions and cool until translucent.  Add butter to onions and cook until bubbling. Add flour, cook for 1-2 minutes until light brown. Add milk and Veggie broth, season with salt, black pepper, thyme and sage. Cook until desired thickness is reached. Idle is medium thick.
