4 Pound Golden Beets 3 Cup Salt
Cut ends of of Golden Beets before weighing. in a half hotel pan line the bottom evenly with salt. please beets in salt, be sure not to touch the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and roast at 350 degrees for aproximately 45 minutes. When the beets reach 200 degrees they are done. Peel skin while still warm using paper towels or a single use towel.
