8 Cup canned Black Beans 16 Ounce chopped Yellow Onion 1 Each chopped Poblano chile 1 Each Jalapeno 1 Each bunch Cilantro 1 Tablespoon Vegetarian Base 1 Cup Water 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder 1 Tablespoon Cumin 2 Tablespoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Drain canned Black Beans, do not rinse.
In a sauce pot bring olive oil to a sizzle over Medium-high heat. Add Onions, poblanos and Jalapenos. Cook until onions are caramelized. Season with Salt, Pepper, chili powder and cumin. add black beans. Mix water and veggie base together and add to pot. Cook mix until it slightly thickens about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add cilantor and mix with emersion blender until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
