Ingredients
32 Ounce Roasted Golden Beets 
8 Ounce Thin Sliced Radish
4 Ounce Toasted Walnuts
1 Cup thin chop Chives, Fresh
4 Ounce Goat Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Orange-Thyme Viniagrete
8 Ounce Oranges

Directions
Slice Roasted Beets with mandolin to 1/4 inch thick rounds. Cut rounds into 4-6 even triangle pieces depending on the size.

Thin slice the radishes using a mandolin as well. 

Peel Oranges and cut wedges into 1/2 inch pieces.

Crumble goat cheese. 

Toast Walnuts at 350 Degrees for 5-8 minutes. once cooled rough chop.

Cut chives as thin as possible. 
Layer kit in a 1 gal container in this order, bottom to top:
Golden Beets
Radishes
Oranges
Walnuts
Chives
Goat cheese
Dressing



Orange-Thyme Viniagrette (required)
Ingredients
3 Cup White Balsamic Viniagrette Base
1 Tablespoon Thyme, fresh
2 Tablespoon Orange Juice Fresh
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce

Directions
Follow recipe for WBV. Add all ingredients in addition. Adjust orange flavor with add zest or more juice.
