Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
In a small mixing bowl, mix pumpkin spice, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well and rub all pork tenderloin. Let rest at room temp for 2 hours.
Heat up Olive oil in saute pan and sear pork on all sides in batches. transfer to 4 in hotel pan. Once all the pork is seared bake until pork is cook through. 35 minutes for medium. Let rest at least 10 minutes before cutting.
