2 Pound Sliced Rings 1/8" Red Onion 4 Cup White Vinegar 4 Cup Sugar 2 Cup Water 2 Tablespoon Salt 1 Each Minced Jalapeno
Add Vinegar, Sugar, Water, and Minced Jalapenos to sauce pan. Heat until Sugar Dissolves.
While Heating Pickling Liquid,Slice Red onions 1/8" thick.
Once Sugar is dissolved add sliced onions to liquid, remove from heat and allow to Cool in 4" Full hotel pan.
