Ingredients
2 Pound 1/2 thick Sliced Yellow Onion 
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
4 Ounce Butter
1 Tablespoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
Peel and Slice Yellow Onions to 1/2 thick. 
Melt butter into the Canola oil. 
Place Onions on a paper lined sheet tray. Brush canola/butter blend evenly over onions Season the onions with Salt and pepper. 
Cook in oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove onions and flip over. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until slightly translucent. 
Cool, pack in 2 qt container.
