4 Pound  Orzo 
3 Pound Lemon Marinated Chicken Breast
16 Ounce Thin Sliced Red Onion
24 Ounce Seasoned Grape Tomato
24 Ounce Medium Dice English Cucumber
16 Ounce Quartered Kalamata Olives
16 Ounce Chopped Peppercchini
16 Ounce crumbled Feta
16 Ounce Arugula
2 1/2 Pound Julienne 1/2" Romaine

Directions
Cook Orzo In Salted Water until Tender, about 10-12 Minutes. for 4 Pound Yield 2 Pound raw weight.
Follow Recipe Below for Seasoned Tomatoes, Lemon Marinated chicken and Tzaztiki Dressing.
