Ingredients
3 Cup  Rice Vinegar 
4 Cup Canola Oil
1 1/2 Cup Sesame Oil
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Cup Mirin
3/4 Cup Miso paste
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
15 Tablespoon white Sesame Seeds
8 Ounce Ginger

Directions
Chop Ginger with the grain in inch chunks Place in RoboCoupe and pulse until chopped small. Place Rice Vin, Mirin, honey, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil and chopped ginger in a 2 gal container. Blender ingredients with Emulsion blender untill slightly smoother, Begin adding Canola oil in a slow stream untill it is combined with all ingredients. Medium-thin is the desired consistency, be careful not pour canola oil too slowly or the dressing will over thicken.
