Ingredients
1 1/4 Pound Blanched, florets Broccoli 
4 Ounce Golden Raisins
4 Ounce Roasted Cashews
2 Ounce Cooked, chopped Bacon

Directions
Prep all ingredients:
Broccoli: blanch 1.5 minutes in salted water
Cashews: roast for 8-10 minutes until golden, 350 degrees
Bacon: cook bacon @ 350 until crisp, drain, chop 1/2" pieces

Make kit:
Layer ingredients in order in a 1 gallon container. 
Put 1.25 Cups of Sweet Apple Vinaigrette in a zip lock bag (see related recipe).
Properly label. 

Dressing Note: we make dressing for week. Check shelf before prepping a new batch. 

Sweet Apple Viniagrette (required)
Ingredients
5 Cup Mayonnaise
1 2/3 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, label and refrigerate.

Make dressing for the week. Serve according to the associated salad recipe.
