Ingredients
1 Cup  Red Wine Vinegar 
6 Ounce Mayonnaise
4 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
3 Ounce Sugar
1 1/2 Ounce small chop Shallot
2 Teaspoon Thyme, fresh
4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
3 1/2 Cup Canola Oil

Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl except Canola oil. Slowly pour Canola while blending with a bermixer.
Transfer to a 2 qt container and label.
