2 No. 10 Can rinsed Black Beans 1/4 Cup minced Garlic 1 Pound small diced Yellow Onion 4 Tablespoon Tomato Paste 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 3 Tablespoon Salt 2 Teaspoon Black Pepper 4 Fluid Ounce Fresh Lime Juice 2 Tablespoon Toasted Cumin
Heat oil in saute pan to a light simmer, add onion and garlic, cook until transulecent, add tomato paste and stir in coating all garlic and onion.
Remove from heat and stir in rinse and drained Black Beans, lime Juice and Cumin. Season to taste
