Ingredients
2 Quart  Mayonnaise 
2 Cup Red Wine
1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Roasted Garlic Oil Olive Oil

Directions
Make Red Wine Reduction (NEED RECIPE).
Check Walk-In to see if we have Red Wine Reduction already made before making new.
Combine Red Wine and Red Wine Vinegar in a pot and reduce by half. Cool before adding to mix.

In a mixing bowl add mayo, cooled red wine reduction, and roasted garlic oil.
Mix with a whisk until well-combined.

Store in container for transport to cafe.
