Ingredients
1 Cup  Greek Yogurt 
1 Cup Chopped Oregano, Fresh
1 Each Grated Sweet Onion
4 Each cloves, minced Garlic
1 Each Juice, Zest Lemon, Fresh
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
4 Each Chicken Breast

Directions
Combine, Greek Yogurt, Oregano, Onion, Garlic, Lemon juice & zest, and red pepper flakes in mixing bowl until well combined.
Place chicken inside of ziplock bag with yogurt marinade and seal, trying to remove as much air as possible.
Marinate at least 24 hours, preferably 2 days.
When ready to cook, remove chicken from marinade, wiping off excess yogurt to avoid burning on grill.
Season both sides with salt and pepper, and hash mark on grill. Finish in oven to avoid burning of chicken, and so chicken cooks evenly.
For Tofu, simply wipe excess marinade off and bake at 325 degrees, rotating frequently until firm, but not dry.
