Ingredients
1/2 Pound Trimmed, Blanched Snap Peas 
2 Cup Edamame
1/4 Cup Brunoise Shallot
1 Cup Chopped Chives
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds, Black
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
Combine Snap Peas, Edamame, Shallot, Chives, Sesame Seeds, Salt and Pepper and send in Cambro for Cafe. 

For each kit, send 1/2 Cup Sesame Vinaigrette. Recipe below. Check walk-in before making dressing.



Sesame Vinaigrette (required)
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds, White
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
Combine vinegar, sesame seeds, garlic, mustard, soy sauce and black pepper in bowl.
Whisk in Canola oil and sesame oil until well combined.
This vinaigrette will break, and will need to be shook prior to use on salad.
